How can I change/ edit my details?

To change/ edit your personal details, log into "World Klub", click on "My Profile", click on "Edit Profile".

How can I change my email address?

To change your email address, log into "World Klub", click on "My Profile", click on "Edit Profile", change your email address. Your email address may be stored at multiple locations, so you may need to change your email address by clicking on "Edit Profile" and changing it under all three Tabs, Namely: Personal details, Private Contact details as well as Business Contact Details.

How can I change my password and username?

To change your password, log into "World Klub", click on "My Profile", click on "Edit Profile", change your password.

Username cannot be changed without contacting us at admin@worldklub.com. This is why we recommend that you use either your name or your email address as your username.

How do I change my photo/ I have uploaded my photo, why does it not change?

To change your photo, log into "World Klub", click on "My Profile", click on "Edit Profile", update a new photo.

Your new photo may not be visible immediately, as any changes to the photos must be first approved by the administrator. This usually occurs within 24 hours after which your new photo will be visible unless it violates the Terms & Conditions of our website.

Are my contact details visible to all members?

If you have VIP membership, your contact details may be visible to al members. If you only have the Standard membership, your contact details may not be visible to all members. If your require more information about what details are visible to all members, please contact us at admin@worldklub.com .

What is the username?

Username is the name you choose when creating your profile on World Klub website. We suggest that you use either your name or your email address as your username, so that you may remember it.

How can I report a member violation?

Log into "World Klub", click on "My Profile", click on "Home", click on "Report a Member Violation" Button.

What are cookies and how can I activate/ de-activate them?

Cookies are files which get put onto your computer, so that we can identify your computer ID. You must activate/ accept cookies in your browser in order to be able to view our website.

Following is an explanation how to activate/ de-activate cookies. If you are using:

Internet Explorer Browser click on:

"Tools", "Internet Options", "Privacy" "Advanced".

Mozilla Firefox/ Mozilla click on:

"Tools", "Options", "Privacy", "Cookies".

Netscape click on:

"Edit", "Preferences", "Privacy & Security", "Cookies"

Opera click on:

"Tools", "Settings", "Advanced", "Cookies"

and for Safari click on:

"Preferences", "Accept Cookies".
